It was last night when I saw my first meteor shower. I live in a large city, and it's hard to see even a handful of stars, what with all the light pollution. Last night, my dad drove my brother and I up north, and we found a place with a dark sky. It was absolutely gorgeous. Stars all over the place. Left, Right, Above and Around. And then a streak across the sky. I shriek =D . hehehe. In half an hour, I got to see about 3-4 meteors from the Perseids meteor shower. It was one of the most beautiful and gorgeous and magical nights of my life. My breath caught in my throat. It was just so breathtaking! All I can say, is that if you've never seen a shooting star, or a meteor shower, please keep your heads up, and go out at night and see one. It is sooo worth it =D =D =)
